About Our TeamMobile Collaboration OER
Gary has lived in this amazing city of 10,000,000+ people for more than 7 years.
The team for this project comes from all over the world: Eastern Canada, Mexico, Angola, and the cities of Seoul and Daegu in South Korea. We live in very different cultures and, as a result, our perspectives on mobile collaboration are diverse–just as mobile devices are very diverse.
English Institute Director
Currently running a private English Language Institute in Daegu, South Korea. Thrilled (and sometimes envious) about her elementary students’ ease of use and amazing abilities with mobile devices.
Grade 1 class teacher
Currently teaching grade 1 at an international school in Angola. Just as we utilize mobile collaboration in the MET programme, six and seven year old students are also learning to communicate this way. Education is changing!
Currently teaching in Monterrey, Mexico as a Computer teacher and loving it. Looking forward to seeing how mobile collaboration can augment education.
Assistant Professor & UBC MET Student
Currently designing courses and teaching at a university in Seoul, Korea–and thrilled to be more than half way through the UBC MET Program!
